JPG has provided geotechnical and civil engineering services to transform the derelict site of former RAF Sealand Airfield and create over 188 acres of land for residential and commercial use.

JPG has been engaged on this project for 9 years to support the client and contractor through the planning, design, and construction stages.  

Works comprise the design and construction of residential spine roads, acoustic buffering, foul water pumping stations the geotechnical delivery of development land plots and the provision of open SUDs features for surface water management.
