The Westbrook Road, Lincoln residential development provided a mix of 52 dwellings and apartment complexes within a constrained site to enhance an existing residential development.
JPG was appointed to design and deliver the highway and drainage works for the development. The drainage works were designed to incorporate SUDs features and the site promoted the use of a SUDs swale system to improve the quality of the highway surface water run-off.
The scheme included; Section 104 foul and surface water design, private plot drainage design and Section 38 new road networks designs.
