Welburn Cottage is a small residential development situated off B6164, North of Wetherby.
The development delivers a combination of detached, semi-detached, and townhouse dwellings serviced via an adoptable highway and drainage network.
JPG were appointed to aid in securing planning permission, and then progressed the scheme through detailed design and provided construction support.
The scheme included liaising with the local highway and water authority to achieve technical approval for; Section 104 foul and surface water design, S185 drainage diversion design, Section 38 new road networks designs and Section 278 highway improvement design.
JPG provided design and construction support services for the sub-structures.
