This phase two retail development at Prestatyn comprises a terrace of four retail units with a total floor area of 19,000 sq ft. Due to the peat layers underlying the site both the foundations and ground floor slab have been designed to be supported on CFA piles.

The structure comprised a steel braced frame supporting a metal sheeted and waterproof membrane roofing system laid at a one degree pitch. The building frontage is fully glazed and both the back and sides are part masonry and part clad in flat panel sheeting. The service yard fronting onto Nant Hall Road is bounded with a feature masonry wall incorporating soft landscape planter.
