Lakeside Doncaster is a 5.4-acre residential site providing much needed affordable and private housing in the South Doncaster region.
The development delivered 147 new dwellings, an adoptable road network to City of Doncaster Council requirement, and a Yorkshire Water adoptable surface and foul water network.
JPG was appointed to design and manage the delivery of the highway and drainage works and provide structural engineering design for the sub-structures.
The scheme included; Section 104 foul and surface water design, private plot drainage design, cut and fill earthwork quantities assessment and Section 38 new road networks designs.
