JPG were appointed to support our client Teakwood in delivering Harrogate West Business Park, providing several industrial units comprising of 98,000 sq ft. The development has provided some much-needed industrial units within the Harrogate District.
JPG have been involved in the development of Harrogate West Business Park from scheme conception to the development build completion.
The JPG Geotechnical team provided services in scoping and undertaking the intrusive site investigation and provided factual and interpretive reporting. Working in collaboration JPG’s Strategic Land and Geotechnical teams derived earthwork solutions to utilise all existing on-site material to provide an environmentally efficient and cost-effective earthworks and levels strategy.
JPG’s Infrastructure teams provided highway services to deliver a Section 278 road improvement scheme and a section 38 industrial road designs to North Yorkshire County Council adoptable standards. JPG utilises SUDS features in the implementation of the site surface water management and provided S104 Yorkshire Water adoptable foul drainage design solutions.
JPG’s structural engineering teams delivered foundation solutions, structural design and provided ongoing structural support throughout the duration of the build.
