This site situated to the North East of Lincoln provided a 21.4-acre phase residential development providing at total of 266 dwellings.
The development delivered a mix of private apartments, bungalows and two five-bed houses. The initial phase of the development provided 48 dwellings.
JPG was appointed to provided civil engineering services to design the highway and drainage infrastructure to local authority technical approval and provide detailed design for private plot drainage systems.
The scheme included; Section 104 foul and surface water design, private plot drainage design, and Section 38 new road networks designs.
