Chestnut Drive, Louth is a 4.5-acre residential site situated to the East of Louth providing 100 dwellings, and expansive green public open space areas incorporating SUDs features.
The development delivered a mix of private and affordable housing and placed particular emphasis on residential amenity space and surface water SUDs design.
JPG was appointed to design and manage the design and delivery of the highway and drainage works and provide structural engineering serviced for the dwellings sub-structures.
The scheme included; Section 104 foul and surface water design (including open SUDS features), private plot drainage design, cut and fill earthwork quantities assessment and Section 38 new road networks designs.
