The development, built over 73 weeks, incorporated a thermally efficient precast concrete office block and a silo support structure, a dedicated energy centre and a production and packaging plant covering 55,000m², utilizing portal frame construction and trusses to achieve large clear areas.

Externally, extensive earthworks involved the cut and fill of 153,000m³ of material of which 53,000m³ was used to create an acoustic bund around the perimeter of the site. Three security gatehouses were constructed and some 98,000m² of external service yard slabs and a 25,000m³ attenuation pond was landscaped to integrate with its surroundings. Surface water, foul and a separate effluent drain in a combination of gravity and pumped systems was designed by JPG, effluent being taken to the onsite treatment plant to be reused in energy generation.
