The steelwork rises at a new East Leeds housing development which is part of the Leeds City Council Housing Growth Programme (CHGP). 88 new homes are being built on various existing brownfield land parcels across Seacroft and Gipton.
JPG has advised on these sites through planning to delivery phases, providing Civil, Structural and Geo-environmental engineering services alongside Wates Construction. The instruction follows the successful completion of the Tarnside scheme for CHGP.
