Following site investigation undertaken by JPG, an infrastructure contract and a build contract, Marshall CPD’s speculative warehouse units are now ready for immediate occupation at Broadway Business Park in Chadderton.
The developer has reached practical completion on its project to deliver 104,800 sq ft of industrial space in Oldham.
Known as Cobalt 2, the scheme is made up of two warehouse units measuring 61,500 sq ft and 43,300 sq ft respectively.
