This year, we’re proud to celebrate an incredible milestone as Caroline marks 15 years with JPG Group.
Caroline joined JPG in 2011 to lead our Administration Team, bringing with her a wealth of experience gained from roles within various government departments and the BBC. From day one, she has been a driving force behind the smooth running of the business, demonstrating exceptional professionalism, dedication, and commitment.
In 2018, Caroline was promoted to Company Secretary, a role that reflects her invaluable contribution to the company. Today, she oversees the financial management of JPG, leads all aspects of our human resources function, and ensures the efficient day-to-day operation of the office. Her organisational skills, attention to detail and calm, approachable manner have made her an integral part of our leadership team.
Over the past 15 years, Caroline has played a key role in supporting the growth and success of JPG Group. Whether she’s managing complex financial matters, supporting our people, or keeping the business running seamlessly behind the scenes, her dedication has been instrumental in helping us achieve our goals.
