We are pleased to achieve practical completion for a significant new van storage development at the Woodlands Industrial Storage Estate in Carlisle for a prominent online retailer.
JPG provided full civil and structural engineering services throughout the planning and tender stages of the project, and supported KDM Group through a swift and efficient construction delivery process.
The scheme replaced an existing brownfield car park with a state-of-the-art van storage facility for approximately 100 vehicles and an associated welfare centre. The development enables logistical support for the adjacent warehouse with the potential for future provision of EV charging.
