Great to see the progress GMI have made on-site of this latest speculative development at Fradley Park in Lichfield.
JPG have provided full Civil, Structural and Geo-environmental Engineering Consultancy to this industrial and distribution scheme, which includes two warehouse units totalling over 280,000 sq. ft.
One of the more challenging aspects of this project was the diversion of a Severn Trent surface water sewer and the formation of a large flood compensatory storage area to the south of the site as part of the flood risk strategy.
