Dynamo Park is a 36-acre prime Industrial and Logistics development totalling 559,450 sq. ft strategically located adjacent to the A19 in Stockton.
JPG Group have been supporting our client, Wilton Developments, providing Civil, Structural and Geoenvironmental engineering consultancy services from site acquisition, master planning through to detailed construction delivery of the first plot. Construction work will see the wider site Infrastructure works comprising new adopted drainage and highway off Cheltenham Road being installed to enable future plots.
National Highways has agreed a freehold deal for a 29,500 sq. ft combined office and depot at the flagship. This transformational project will be home to approximately 270 staff and is expected to be operational by the end of 2026, underscoring strong market confidence in industrial and logistics infrastructure.
