JPG Group are pleased to see excellent progress at Corby, where we are supporting our client Arvato on this this new major warehouse development comprising 242,000ft2 of distribution space and also incorporating an under-croft car park.
The warehouse steel frame has now been completed, while reinforced concrete retaining walls and the slabs forming the under-croft car park continue to progress, with the development beginning to take shape on site.
JPG Group have been providing Civil, Structural and Geoenvironmental engineering consultancy services throughout the project, supporting the development from detailed design through to construction. Close collaboration with the wider project team has ensured the delivery of practical, coordinated engineering solutions as the project progresses.
Recent site progress includes:

βͺοΈ Under croft car park slab works progressing.
βͺοΈ Ongoing coordination to support the next phase of construction.
