JPG provided Civil and Structural Engineering consultancy services for this new mixed use development in Edgware. The development comprised the provision of 122 residential units and 18,500ft2 of retail space along with 29,500ft2 of amenity space in four blocks. These range in height from three to 18 storeys and are all connected by a podium at first floor. Ground floor areas below buildings provide car parking.

The structure comprises in situ reinforced concrete frame with flat slabs provided to aid with service distribution. Significant transfer elements are required to ensure the superstructure building columns do not impact on the car parking layout at ground floor.
