Dudden Hill Lane
JPG provided Civil and Structural Engineering consultancy services for this extensive new mixed use development in Dudden Hill Lane, Willesden, London. The development comprised the provision of 224 residential units and 60,000ft2 of retail space including supermarket anchor tenant. This is provided in four blocks of eight storeys with communal retail space at ground floor.
The structure comprises insitu reinforced concrete frame with flat slabs provided to aid with service distribution. Significant transfer elements are required to ensure the superstructure building columns do not impact on the retail space at ground floor.
