Leeds office receives Breeam ‘Excellent’ rating
Set over six floors, totalling a net area of 70,784 sq ft, 6 Queen Street will be a new premium quality BREEAM ‘Excellent’ office development in the heart of the prime core of Leeds city centre. The development will include 47 secure basement car parking spaces and an external luxury roof terrace providing excellent views over the city’s skyline.
Rockspring Property Investment Managers acquired 6 Queen Street, a speculative city centre office development, last October which has now been completed.
The terrace, which measures approximately 5,060 sq ft, will provide a unique outdoor space to view the skyline of Leeds.
The rest of the new office development at 6 Queen Street, was undertaken by developer Marshall CDP, featuring six floors of flexible space ranging from 4,359sq ft to 14,047sq ft, secure basement parking and a double height reception.
Designed to achieve BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating, the office space has also used the quality materials including LED lighting.
