Situated at the western gateway to Kingston Upon Hull, off Clive Sullivan Way, The Beacon is one of Hull latest Grade ‘A’ office space and leisure business park.
The Beacon is an important new high quality office development and business park. The development consists of four, three-storey office blocks and an industrial building with integrated offices. Built for our clients the Horncastle Group, the Beacon has a prominent position situated on the main western route into Hull next to the A63 Clive Sullivan Way.
The buildings each consist of a braced steel frame with composite metal deck floors and the walls are a mixture of polished block and rendered outer leaf on a lightweight steel frame. The foundations are piled with pile cap and ground beam and large attenuation tanks are incorporated on the site to accommodate the restricted discharge available off site.
The building was designed engineered by our team and has recently completed.
