Tri Link Park, California Drive, Normanton
This development consists of a 142,000ft2 warehouse designed for a slab load of 50kN/m2. The warehouse structure is outlined using two span steel portal frames.
JPG’s initial role in the project was to produce design and build tender information for the client. Once the main contractor was appointed JPG were novated to them and oversaw the structural design for the warehouse and undertook the design for the external drainage, car park and service yard on behalf of the main contractor.
