JPG are working with Lincoln based Chestnut Homes on an exciting new development in Boston, Lincolnshire to build over 500 new homes.
The Quadrant is a major new mixed use development in Boston, Lincolnshire, located south west of the town centre and extends to some 68 acres.
The overall project will deliver 500 new dwellings, a brand new Community Stadium for Boston United Football Club and additional buildings for retail, commercial and leisure use.
The Community Stadium plans have been developed following extensive public and fan consultation that was undertaken at the end of 2013 and will provide the club with a secure new home for the future.
Not only is The Quadrant vitally important to the future of Boston United Football Club, but it will also bring much wider benefits to the local economy.
JPG was appointed to design and manage the delivery of the major highway works including a new roundabout on the A16, a new signalised junction on London Road and a 0.7km distributor road connecting the A16 with London Road.
Chestnut Homes have a long history of building new homes in the Borough and are excited to bring forward such a high profile development that has the potential to have a really positive long-term impact for the Borough as a whole.
Club chairman David Newton, who owns Chestnut Homes, said the development, off the A16 in Wyberton, would be a huge boost to the local economy and “create a large number of construction, and permanent jobs in the area”.
He described it as a “very significant project” for Boston.
Chris Harding, Managing Director at JPG advises, “It’s great to be involved in a project which not only increases the local economy but also provides better facilities for the wider community.”
